A group that treats anxiety like
the clinical issue it is.
The Calm Collective is a eight-week, skills-based mood and anxiety group for high-functioning women who are holding it together on the outside — and exhausted on the inside. Led by a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 20+ years of clinical experience.

-
You've never wanted to be in a "support group" — this is not that

You're ready to understand what's actually happening in your body and change it

Common Questions
Is this therapy?
No. The Calm Collective is a structured skills group, not individual therapy or group psychotherapy. It is clinically informed and facilitator-led, with a focus on teaching evidence-based tools you can apply immediately.
Do I need a diagnosis to participate?
No. This group is designed for women experiencing anxiety and mood-related symptoms — whether or not they carry a formal diagnosis. If you're unsure whether this is right for you, reach out before enrolling.
Can I use my insurance?
This program is not billed through insurance. At $200 for the founding cohort, it is priced intentionally to make access straightforward without navigating coverage.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Recordings and materials will be available so you don't lose ground if you need to miss a week.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund available up to 48 hours before the first session. Please reach out directly with any concerns.
You don't have to white-knuckle through this.
Eight weeks. Real tools. A small group of women who get it.
