The Lifestyle & Nerve Energy Foundations Workbook provides a structured 9-week educational framework designed to help individuals understand and strengthen what we call Nerve Energy — the nervous system’s available capacity to regulate stress, support emotional balance, maintain focus, and recover from daily strain.
Rather than offering quick fixes, this workbook guides you through the 10 Energy Enhancers and 10 Energy Robbers — practical lifestyle factors that either build resilience or increase strain over time. Each week includes guided exercises, structured reflection prompts, measurable check-ins, and implementation tools designed to help you apply change consistently and sustainably.
This resource is developed and taught within our integrative psychiatric mental health practice by a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, and Certified Life Coach who works in collaboration with our psychiatric providers. It is designed as a non-clinical, educational companion to support engagement in care and strengthen overall well-being — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
While the workbook may be completed independently, it is most effective when paired with ongoing Lifestyle & Nerve Energy Sessions.
